This is the Windows Vista Aero Cursor pack for Windows XP. It do looks better that the XP cursor.

Installation note:
* Extract the zip file to a temporary folder.
* Right click the "Install.inf" file and click on "Install"
* Choose the scheme in the Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers. It appears as "Aero Cursors (Alphablended)"
